This place was VERY disgusting, do not go here! There's no AC which makes it hot and hard to enjoy your meal. There's dirty plates and food scraps all over the tables it's hard to find a clean place to sit (there wasn't one). We had to ask someone to clean the table for us and he looked annoyed by the request. The bathrooms have a horrible ordor and looked like they've never been cleaned. To top it all off while I was walking out a greasy, wet napkin got stuck to my foot. I don't know who the manager is of this place, but the workers have no sense of cleanliness and have no desire to clean either. I am never coming back.
I’ve been thinking about cicis for a while now and wanted to go eat there last night 8/18/23 and I know I’m not expecting the food to be the best I have ever had. The workers were nice and friendly but the food was cold and there wasn’t anyone watching it. I was getting my salad and I watched a girl put back her used salad and the worker was nice and replaced it for me but I have already been eating it before I watched her do this. Now I’m been awake in excruciating pain over the last four hours with food poisoning. Same with my husband who isn’t feeling well either, overall poor food handling and lack of attention.
So my kiddo likes to go to Cici's occasionally, and today was that day. I have to say I am never impressed with the “atmosphere “ nor the food but this evening I witnessed Nate working his butt off BY HIMSELF during the dinner shift (5:45ish) with 50+ people in the restaurant! He was consistent in keeping fresh items out and fulfilling requests in addition to running the register. Nate deserves a big raise and a bonus he was definitely not getting paid enough this evening!
A couple friends and I are from out of town and decided to come here for dinner and while there was honestly nothing great about the food or cleanliness of the restaurant I just want to publicly shout out Chris who was running the register, doing dishes, stocking the bar, helping with pizza and getting ice. Labor Day weekend looks like it was rough on a lot of establishments but I just think he deserved a few kind words and that his hard work did not go unnoticed from us! Reserva una mesa ahora
Idk what's been happening as of recent I haven't been here for weeks but wow,, getting pizza is almost a competition to get , I think I've seen more desserts made than pizza and the atmosphere is um not the best. I didn't even know we had to clean our own tables now. I wanna guess it's cuz of this place being understaffed. It's kinda sad to see. Hope things get better for this cicis but for now,, idk if it's worth going to (on Sundays idk abt other days)
Had to wait 5 minutes before someone finally took our payment before eating. Felt very low quality and basically no options. Definitely the worst Cici’s I’ve been to. Go to another one if you can. Tiny arcade, I swear they were much bigger at other locations I have been to.
