I couldn 't not give you my opinion on the Ttipia cider house in Bayonne (Petit Bayonne . This is an exceptional restaurant. The welcome is warm, and the family atmosphere with its large tables is very friendly. The menu is unique and varies each night, but we are never disappointed. The cuisine is always high quality, far from gastronomic, but deeply comforting. The food is always fresh and of exceptional quality, the meat is a real treat. If I had been an ogre, I would take a table of 10 all to myself. This is the place we have chosen for a comforting monthly outing for a truly authentic pleasure of the table. The setting of the cider house is special, large country style tables of yesteryear, the dishes are of quality and regional which is interesting, particularly for the Bayonne ham and its charcuterie
