We fell for the pictures thinking the food would be good, but we were extremely disappointed.Nothing had flavor, the rice tasted like paper, the horchata was the powder packet that you mix with water, the consome had no flavor, and the birria was flavorless as well. Not even salt and lemon could fix it..The person who commented saying the tacos were comparable to the ones in Mexico was on crack or has never been to Mexico.Wasted 13$ on that El Compadre combo. Could have made better food at home or should have gone to Los Campesinos instead.I 'm pretty sure all the high ratings are from non-Hispanics/ Latino.

Very disappointed. For starters, they left out an order of guac, left out the tostadas for the seafood tostadas and left off the sauce for the wet burrito. Not only did we get a dry burrito but they also gave us the wrong meat, they gave us asada but we ordered Birria. The fries were obviously reheated from an old batch and dry. The nachos were flooded with grease. This is the worst Mexican food I’ve had in Reno so far. Might as well go to Roberto’s or Betos, you would very likely get better food and service there.

Birria FTW, so good. Rice and beans great too. Very reasonable price. Recommend the quesabirria for that extra special something. Good atmosphere, have some board games and such too. Will return next time I am in town.

We had horchatas and a carnitas plate. Good food quick service and a good price.
