The food was truly disappointing. The chicken in my wrap tasted old, and instead of the Caesar dressing I ordered, they gave me ranch without any explanation. I’m not sure if it was a mistake or if they simply ran out. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, and it seems that their food license has expired. I was visiting family and decided to order some food for my trip. It was my first time at this restaurant, and while the food smelled good, I didn’t get to taste it. When I stopped at a rest area to eat, I was shocked to find a hair in my food. This really made me feel sick to my stomach and killed my appetite, especially since I still had three hours left to travel. I understand that mistakes happen, but I think they should be more careful.

Among all the cheesesteak sandwiches I've ordered online, this one stood out as the best. The bread was soft, the meat was tender, and there was an excellent variety of options. I will certainly be ordering again. The delivery service was also impressive.
The hot pastrami sub was a decent size, but the deli really doesn’t know how to make one properly. I’m giving this place 2 stars because the small order of fries was enough to keep me from going hungry.
