Cilantro Mexican - Reserva de mesa

Cilantro is a rather small Mexican restaurant tucked into the back of a plaza, but don't let that stop you from going! The food here is delicious and the portions are massive! I do agree with some that the salsa tastes a bit different, I thought it had almost a barbeque taste to it, though my mom thought it just had a sweet taste. For dinner I order the chicken tostadas for $12.99. Oh my goodness they were so packed with toppings and the taste phenomenal. I couldn't finish it all so I had to take it home. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I visit at least once a month, whether I'm coming in for a meal or just passing through, and I've never had a disappointing experience. My go-to dishes are the vegetable quesadilla and the steak quesadilla, and they never fail to impress. The chips and salsa are delightful too. When I dive, I always treat myself to a margarita and some fried ice cream for dessert. This place truly is a hidden gem!

I was on the hunt for a hidden gem in Fishkill that served amazing food, and I found it! Don’t let the appearance deceive you. This place may look unassuming, so keep your expectations in check. You’re not going to find fine dining techniques like those of “Bobby Flay” here—I emphasize, it’s a hole in the wall. However, you can expect delicious Mexican food, generous portions, and a friendly staff!

Cilantro is delicious every time! I am always impressed by how consistently delicious the food is. We recently took out of town guests here and they declared it the best mole ever. I personally love the chipotle chicken chimichangas, and the rice and beans. Reserva una mesa ahora

I stopped by for dinner after a doctor's appointment. The chicken soup and corn tortillas were delicious, and the salsa was incredible. I also enjoyed the music and the service was excellent. I can’t wait for my next check-up so I can return here!

We were three times, family and food are always fantastic! And how for salsa and chips? It's the only salsa I'm gonna eat, it's so good! The first time we left, we brought a big container home!

Great food! I go once a week. No IPA but tons of tequila. Milenesa de Pollo is my favorite (chicken cutlet) the chips and salsa are the best as well.
