I had a disappointing delivery experience with Grubhub that left me feeling discriminated against. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was supposed to be ready, but I was completely overlooked. I had to speak up and mention my order before a staff member informed me that it wasn’t ready yet. After waiting for 15 minutes, I grew increasingly frustrated as several customers who came in after me were served before I was. The restaurant has been renovated and offers plenty of space. It’s clean, and the staff are welcoming. There are endless choices on the menu, and my favorite at the moment is the taco salad, especially when paired with the hibiscus drink. I appreciate being able to grab bottles of various salsas whenever I visit. With more than 15 meat options available, there's something for everyone. While ordering ahead is a great time-saver, there’s also a pleasant seating area where you can relax while waiting.
The food was served cold, and the meat had an unpleasant taste, suggesting it had been left out for some time without much seasoning. The horchata was warm and didn’t have much flavor. Furthermore, they were very stingy with the salsa and carrots. I usually enjoy cilantro, but honestly, I recommend going to the restaurant on North Avenue in Northlake instead.

The food is excellent. However, I rated it lower because it promised a discount for paying with cash, which I did not receive. Additionally, the server forgot to charge us for or bring our drinks. The restaurant lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot, and there was no atmosphere or music to enhance the experience.
Cilantro is my favorite restaurant, though the others are wonderful as well. My top recommendation is the Cecina meat, but the carne asada is also incredible! I really enjoy their burrito belly bowls, which allow you to choose your meat. Sometimes the chips can be a bit tough, but overall, the prices are very reasonable.
The food exceeded my expectations and was served in under five minutes. The restaurant features barstool seating by the window with around ten seats, along with a lovely outdoor terrace. I have no complaints whatsoever. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I especially loved the taco salad!
Jiselle was incredibly helpful with our order for a large event. She handled all the necessary changes and adjustments effortlessly. I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation. The food is fantastic, and the staff is amazing!

Cilantro Taco Grill is a small spot with surprisingly fast service. The cooks are friendly and clearly passionate about their work. They offer a great variety of dishes, and the food is excellent. We likely eat here about once a month.
The food was good. The customer service was nice as well. Order over the phone for pick up. I work in the area. The steak tacos were good . I do recommend trying this place.
