Great breaky! Great coffee!. I have recently moved into a new house in Nedlands and I am RELIEVED that there is an awesome cafe within walking distance from my house. I ordered the Avocado Bruscetta with an added egg which the friendly staff recommended, and my partner scrambled eggs with quatro fungi. We both absolutely LOVED our meals. They came out quickly presented well. For low prices we were thoroughly impressed. Washed down with 2 'Cimba 's which we were advised to order by the friendly barista as we wanted something with a bit more strength than a flatwhite, which were again awesome came out quicker than we settled at our table. AWESOME BREAKFAST EVER!!!!!!. Finally got a good breakfast in Perth....Went here this Morning and very busy but our Eggs Florentine came very quick and look like I'm eating in a Fine dining restaurant, cant believe that this small cafe offers a great value in money and yet totally amazing in service and presentation. Poached Egg is made perfectly and Coffee has a perfect temperature (look like the barista knows how to make a good coffee)..not to mention the cashier is pretty and very friendly...Overall its one of the best restaurant in Perth....Thank you Cimbalino for making up a good breakfast for my whole family.
This is one of my go-to spots for breakfast and coffee. It's usually quite busy, but the wait at the counter is never too long. They offer a $9 special that includes a coffee and half a breakfast wrap filled with egg, spinach, bacon, and their special bushy sauce. The bushy sauce is incredible—it's like a secret blend of herbs and spices; whatever's in it is just delicious! I've tried breakfast wraps at many cafes all over Australia, and this one is by far the best. (Swanbourne's Dancing Goat used to have a good one, but sadly that place is closed now.) Cimbas is excellent, too!
Best coffee and great food!. I went to Cimbalino in Dalkeith for lunch with a friend. I had the pumpkin soup which was delicious (and huge! , served with a very nice bread. The coffee was probably the best I have ever had! I also had a salted caramel slice for desert, so yummi!!! I really liked the relaxed atmosphere there and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I noticed the nice music as well, a little thing which is quite important for me. I really had a nice time and I will go back there for sure.

Real Coffee and Food Again, Finally!. I've just come back from a long holiday in the USA and was counting the days to get back to Cimbalino's Dalkeith real coffee!! A whole new menu since I left and had the Eggs Benedict with Pancetta and Asparagus, real food again! And a blueberry muffin that wasn't just preservatives and sugar. Nice, friendly staff, a new Barista, and sit outside in the shade, lots of people enjoying themselves. Going to think twice about leaving Australia again!
Great coffee. Albiet Simon the beloved Barista has now ventured off from Cimbalino, coffee is still great, consistent fast, with a brand spanking new Barista, who is really friendly obviously making an effort to fill the void (doing well in the process . Seems they are really working on previous comments about their staff, staff have been great, a few new faces with smiles, greeting thanking customers. With a new menu promised I think Cimbalino is on the up :
Cimbalino Dalkeith accepts Lycra!. Worried about being turned away at a great cafe whilst wearing Lycra. Fear not you are even allowed to sit out the front! Currently sitting and eating the breakfast great service by friendly staff and quick! Baristas are consistent and the coffee is fantastic (Elle is very good). I have spent a lot of time dirinking coffee all across Australia (sometimes in Lycra) and Cimbalino Dalkeith is really very good.
Spent my morning in the buzzing Cimbalino this morning. Great atmosphere!! I ordered the avocado bruschetta, it was AWESOME!! I really enjoyed it. The girl at the till was friendly smiling, taking the time to ask about my day even though there was a large line behind me. Coffee was great came out quickly , despite the constant flow of orders piling on the bench. Will definitely be back! Had a great time.

We frequently visit this place for a quick breakfast of bircher muesli in a cup. Initially, the portion size was decent, but over the past few weeks, it has noticeably decreased. In terms of flavor, it’s generally good, although it can be inconsistent. Sometimes it’s a bit watery, while other times it’s too dry.
