Do yourself a favor and visit this great restaurant in Thibodaux. We were attending a football camp and spent the week in the area. We are from Nashville, and have quite the selection of restaurants and did not know what to expect. Seriously, the service and food was unmatched by anyone else in the area. Reservations were quick and easy thru Resy. The staff truly cares about your experience. They were always prompt to ask if we needed anything. The bar drinks were spot on, and the food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. We had the Duck Confit Birria Tacos, which were a perfect appetizer. I began my meal with an Old Fashioned, which paired perfectly with the shrimp boulettes appetizer. For the main course, I had an 8-ounce chimichurri-marinated hanger steak served alongside a brown butter cauliflower orzo salad. For dessert, I opted for the key lime cheesecake, which consisted of three small squares—slightly smaller than I would have preferred. When it comes to food presentation, Cinclare matches the quality of any fine dining establishment in South Louisiana. Whether it's a birthday, jubilee, retirement, or any special occasion, people love celebrating at Cinclare. We’ll definitely be coming back!

this restaurant is a jewel in the heart of thibodaux, serving fresh, unique and tasteful dishes. it offers a seasonal menu and weekly specialties. I highly recommend to stop for happy hour, try the alligator andouille cheesecake or any steak. they will not be disappointed. Oh and the mosque mule!

to eat one of my favorite places in thibodaux, much better than the other chic places in the city. the owner loves his business and his customers. the waiting staff is knowledgeable and punctual. that I don't like, other places are delicious here. Our waiter Noah was top notch, the food was like something you would expect to experience at the end of hell's kitchen when all is on point. Only one thing to say negatively is it extremely loud but that's just rude people not the staff. We can't wait to visit again.

The food was quite good, although a bit pricey for the quality. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and outdoor seating was available. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I felt the prices could be more reasonable.

As always, Cinclare was phenomenal! If you haven't tried it yet, reserve a table soon! The seasonal menu always has so many wonderful items it's hard to choose just one! Truly an excellent experience for foodies!

Shared appetizers.. duck tacos,pork belly in puff wrap..special chicken breast with awesome spces,chutney and rice..ALL delicious as were desserts and beautiful presentations.
