Cinder - Reserva de mesa

On December 11, 2017, my husband and I visited the Cinder Bar for dinner. The food was decent. However, the next day when I checked my online banking, I noticed an extra $98.00 charge on top of the $40.00 dinner. I called the Cinder Bar to address this issue, but the manager was too busy to return my call. As of December 13, I still haven’t been able to speak with her. I attempted to reach her again, and was told she was preoccupied with Santa being there at the bar. Additionally, I discovered yet another $98.00 charge. I really wanted to speak with the owner, but was informed he was also unavailable. My advice to anyone considering this restaurant: don’t use a credit card, pay with cash ins...

On December 11, 2017, my husband and I dined at the Cinder Bar. The food was decent. However, the next day, while checking my online banking, I noticed an unexpected charge of $98.00 in addition to my $40.00 dinner. I reached out to the Cinder Bar, but the manager was too busy to return my call. It's now December 13, and I still haven't been able to speak with a manager. I called again tonight, but they were occupied with Santa's visit at the bar. To my dismay, I’ve been hit with another $98.00 fee. I wanted to talk to the owner, but I was told he was unavailable as well. My advice? Avoid using a credit card there; stick to cash.

I drove 35 minutes to visit this restaurant on a sweltering 98-degree day, and unfortunately, it felt just as hot inside. The air conditioning seemed ineffective. When we were seated, the table was dirty and there was salad scattered all over the seats at the stand. I wasn't impressed. The food was good, but I can't help but wonder why it was so hot inside.
