Don't order any cakes from here unless you want to be disappointed. We were supposed to get our anniversary cake from a venue deal and we specifically needed it at a specific day and time. We called in advance and I messaged the bakery asking if I could pick it up at 1 pm (Friday) and was responded to 2 hours later. We were upset because we didn't get the cake when we needed to so we messaged her back the next day asking if we could pick it up but it was Sunday and asked us to pick it up on Monday during working hours.. and we were told they probably got rid of it because we didn't respond the day they told us to pick it up. Truly disappointed in their customer service. I ordered my wedding cake through them in 2018, the service was wonderful then not to mention the cake was out of this world delicious! For my sons first birthday we decided out of sentiment that we would contact Creative Cakes to see if they would be available. I contacted them well over a month and a half in advance mind you, I never heard anything back. Randomly, two weeks later around 9pm I get an email back saying sure we can help you, but NEVER heard from them again. I tried calling, no one returned my calls. Same as many others I have used Creative Cakes several times in the past and it was wonderful!!!! However, for some reason now they never answer the phone, and don't return voicemail messages. Their message says to try a text, so I texted the same number and a day later got a text back saying they could help so I said YES that's great! Told her what I wanted and then have never heard back. With that kind of odd and unreliable response I'm going to have to look elsewhere, unfortunately. Really sad as their cakes really were wonderful years ago.
This place is super unreliable lacks Customer service. I spoke to a woman on the phone about a quote on a cake she asked me to email her the picture and she left me on the phone for more than 10 mins to go pull up the picture , I literally never heard from her again that day . I attempted to call her that same day even the next . Like at least have the courtesy to call back say you are unable to place the order .... Sad because their cakes are beautiful but Very unprofessional ... hope they can provide better customer service in the future

I was quoted $120 dollars +15 (extra charge for carrot cake) for a 6 person cake. I agreed to the price. They agreed to making the cake...then completely ghosted me. Knowing I have a party on Sunday. I have no idea what kind of business this is!!!! I luckily found someone on Instagram for the same cake for $60. Save your money and support nicer people. Who actually want your business. Small mom and pops!
This place is AMAZING! I've ordered some many cake with them! They are always super moist, beautiful creations! I even ordered my best friends wedding cake from them! On their year anniversary they made a cake for them for free, and it wasn't some small little cake! I will continue to drive way out of the way to get a cake from them!
I ordered my daughter's three tier wedding cake from Creative Cakes. Not only was it the best tasting cake I have ever had, they delivered the cake at the exact time I requested it. It was decorated exactly how we wanted! We were extremely happy with the cake!
Creative Cakes provided my wedding cake 6 months ago- it was amazing, and since then I have attempted to contact them to order cakes for other occasions- but they never respond. Based on this I have to stop recommending them.
