I wish I could give this place zero stars. I've been coming here since I discovered they offered T-Mobile promotions, and my husband and I have always enjoyed visiting. However, today I went to redeem my T-Mobile code, and the manager told me he couldn't help me. When I explained how it had always been handled in the past, he became rude and insisted that I had to go to a corporate location. I definitely would not recommend this place. I called another location, and they informed me that all locations are able to assist with this.
I appreciate the excitement of getting to the counter and being asked, "Do you know what you want?" only to witness the staff arguing about who has to prepare the drink we've ordered. Is there a specific reason why it seems like everyone here is dissatisfied with their job?
I inquired about the price of the big chillata since there were no prices listed. I was quoted $6.49, but I ended up being charged $7.70. Even with tax, that doesn’t seem to add up. They lack clear pricing and didn’t provide a receipt. Overall, I'm not impressed.
We were told that we couldn't scan our rewards card because there was "no scanner available," and we also didn’t receive a receipt to scan the code ourselves. The Cinnabons were just mediocre.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The Cinnabons are made fresh throughout the day, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends!
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and truly dedicated! The customer service was exceptional, and the Cinnabons were fresh out of the oven. I absolutely loved them! ❤️
There isn’t much icing here compared to other places, and the atmosphere feels warm and uninviting. Overall, this place is disappointing; it just looks dull and unappealing.
Tbh this made my stomach hurt really bad and my sister threw up but great service and it hurts worse than period cramps and my girls know it!

This Cinnabon offers the freshest Cinnabons around. I will definitely return to the location at the fashion outlets.
