Since when do they only sell day-old Cinnabons? This is the only location in the country that sells ONLY Day-old products. Besides the Cinnabons being hard and crusty, the staff is RUDE! I had the unpleasant experience with Ahsa who rudely stepped away as I was waiting for her to close a box. She was NOT USING GLOVES, she didn't say why she stepped away, just went in the back for something (who knows what) This is the most convenient location in Vegas for Cinnabons but I will now go to Cinnaholic or Homies to avoid cold day-old cinnamon rolls and RUDE anti-customer employees! I’m not sure what they changed in the recipe, but it’s definitely not good. The texture is tough, and the flavor tastes like it’s from a five-day-old batch that was heated in the microwave. I bought a four-pack, took one bite, and threw the rest away. I’m really disappointed that the location at the South Premium Outlet Mall closed because they always had the best and freshest options. I visited the Galleria Mall location recently and purchased a four-pack there, and just by looking at it, I could tell there was a noticeable difference.
They don't seem to care that they don't have classic Cinnabons available, and they didn't apologize for the 10-minute wait for fresh ones. All they had were old, stale ones that sold out just before I arrived. There was no sense of urgency at all. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this.
