Cinnabon - Reservar una mesa

The girl with glasses and brown hair that was working at the 4:11 pm Thursday 28th shift was extremely rude. I hate that I come here and had a terrible experience with Cinnabon becauee I come here a lot. My cousin was speaking and ordering in English and the girl responded in Spanish and my cousin said oh you speak Spanish? and the Lady rudely and sarcastically answered back Nooo really and rolled her eyes. Very rude service and was not friendly.

Super disappointed. I asked for a cinnabon with lots of frosting. The girl looked at me shrugged her shoulders and instead of giving me one of the many with lots of frosting she says here is a side of frosting for .50 more. I asked how come I am being charged more when there are plenty available with frosting right there, she didn't respond just kept trying to finish my transaction.

I love to stop it here while they visit the shopping center. the cinnamon rolls are still more tasty when adding the pecan and carmel. I love that they can now use through the frosting in stub as frosting for various baked goods such as cupcakes. the cinnamon rolls we got were fresh and full of taste.

I ordered 12 cinnamon rolls, the sum came to about $40, I asked if I were rolling the ones that just come out of that. the hired said they had to charge me $5.50 per roll, come to control $66. I just took the cold. I don't know why they can't just give the warm to their paying customers.

We got there and there were 2 people on line it was a couple minutes before 8:00 pm and when it was our turn the girl said it was closed and she cant sell anything past 8 it was literally 8:02 and there were cinnamon buns ready but she said nope I can't sell you anything so disappointed

Good service, no complaints, well... the lady who helped me did not have on gloves at all.. she helped multiple people. And with safety during this time and well just being clean, i felt that was weird. But it was still good service

Top notch service! I was greeted promptly by the staff. It was all fresh and the strawberry lemonade aide was awesome!
