Cinnabon - Reserva de mesa

I visited Carsons at Ridge Mall yesterday and was truly impressed by how gracious, friendly, and patient the staff at the register were. Unfortunately, they seemed a bit overwhelmed, making it difficult to find someone to answer my questions; however, the employees stayed polite and helpful despite being pulled in multiple directions. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who assisted me, and I ended up with some fantastic deals!

When I went to buy a 6-pack of cinnamon rolls, I was told they had run out of the packaging and only had individual boxes available. When I asked if I could still buy six rolls at the 6-pack price, the employee informed me that I would have to pay for each one separately. Since there isn't a Cinnabon where I live, it would have been nice to take extra rolls home instead of having to spend significantly more than I anticipated.

So, first off, this place smells so amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful with the overwhelming decision on all of the sweets! We got this delivered before and we were really impressed. But, going in and having the whole experience was definitely necessary. The cinnamon rolls are so good, great soft and fresh cinnamon rolls. We got minibons. Definitely go and give this a try!!!

Please be cautious and wear gloves! Also, avoid icing the buns right out of the oven; the icing just melts away, forcing customers to buy extra icing (which I assume is a marketing strategy, haha). It would also be great if you could repeat the customer’s order back to them; I specifically requested extra icing, and I've been ordering Cinnabon with extra icing since the 90s! Absolutely the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted! They are always freshly made, incredibly delicious, and the customer service is excellent—everyone is so respectful. I would give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it. Ever since I tried them, I've been craving them every week! : :p

I go out of my way to come to this Cinnabon everytime! Whether for personal consumption or a special catering order in advance, they are always super nice and fresh and true people pleasers. Best Cinnabon location hands down

Chicago Ridge Mall is a wonderful place to shop and eat. The indoor and outdoor area has everything and probably everything you want to buy.
