Cinnamon - Reservar una mesa

I had arranged a booking for 14 guests after having received several calls throughout the day to make sure that I kept my reservation, I could say that Cinnamon was looking forward to Tuesday night business. Upon arrival I introduced myself as head of the party, we were shown at a table below where it felt like we had private food, as all other guests were fed in the upper floor. There was a beer pump in the basement area loaded with a new barrel of Cobra, would we have asked more? unfortunately yes! The beer smells very bad, it was obvious that the pump has not been used for some time and had not been cleaned. The beer was returned and the beer was the order of the night. We had a selection of mixed starters that were fine, after cleaning the starters I was informed that only cash payments could be taken and when I asked when they were new, they could not take any cards that they told me all day. I told them that we had a problem as I had 13 guests, I had £85 cash and expected to pay with card, they told me that my problem was and I should use the money machine all over the street. They delivered this message in a very meaningful way, I felt very relaxed and somewhat embarrassing, as I could not pay for the meal, although it was my invitation to my customers. I also felt that they held the information back from me when we arrived so that they wouldn't lose my business in the other restaurants in Brick Lane. I was in a very difficult situation throwing into the £85 for drinks and appetizers and go out my guest as I knew that I would not be able to draw £700 from the cash machine. Fortunately for me and more so for Cinnamon one of my guests had £700 on him and agreed to pay. I will not use cinnamon again and would not recommend the food OK, but the customer service care is terrible and watch for the stinking beer!

We had a really nice meal at Cinnamon on Brick Lane, the food was really nice with friendly service. They added on an extra discount which was a nice surprise! The food was slightly expensive, which is why the discount was great, but never the less it wasn't just your usual kormas, but really interesting flavours and dishes that were delicious!

We went to a business lunch, but the service was slow. You lost our booking, the staff was rude and the food was average. To complete it, they refused to take cards, although the site said they did, so I had to take cash out of the machine. Really disappointed and will not go back

Cinnamon, Brick lane, Great place on brick lane, always have good food here. Only £38 between three of us inc beer and loads of food. recommended.
