We had the sea scallops and the Halibut which were very good. My son had the Duo of duck and loved it. The whole staff was excellent. best custumer service inventive and excellent cuisine! we were theater visitors and how the fate would have, we ran late. we finally came to circe at 18:10 and were immediately picked up by carlos at our table. he said he knew we had tickets and that we had our meals and time to finish. carlos had his word true. without the feeling completely hastened, our drinks appeared, then our meals and our shook. carlos and our waitress were attentive, without being overwhelming. it was the most professional and friendly service we have received in me, cannot remember when. we can not recommend this place in good heart to anyone who appreciates cleanliness and good service. not even consider this restaurant, unless there is a management change that I have never written an evaluation, but I was so disturbed by the treatment that we received that I felt it was my duty. we came to this restaurant for a birthday brunch and called to see what they offered as a birthday dessert. they told us that they don't provide anything free, but said we could preorder and they would put a candle on it. they then gave us an option and presented it as if there was the only dessert available without telling us that it was one of the most expensive on the menu....read more
Always a fantastic experience! We went for restaurant week. They really have some great offerings for their restaurant week menu. The food is always amazing, chic vibe, and great service. The lamb lollipops were flavorful, the calamari was very tender. The short rib melted in your mouth and my husband enjoyed his tenderloin. We both had the lemon blueberry crème brûlée with the shortbread cookie for dessert. It was the perfect summer flavored brûlée!

Circe is on the right track in many ways. I really hope its slightly off-the-beaten path location won’t deter people from stopping in to check it out. Hopefully the old DownCity ghosts have been exorcised. I know one thing has changed. Owner, Carlo Carlozzi is taking on the role of impeccable host. I noticed him chatting with guests and making sure everyone is happy. I'm eager to come back and try brunch, especially their Bottomless Mimosas!
Energetic and bright restaurant with fresh, creative food and solid drinks. They had a delicious **** Mary—spicy and thick. Mimosas were great too—more sparkling wine than juice so not too sweet. Our waiter was very kind as well. The only complaint Ihad was that the bathrooms were a wreck. I literally cleaned up one of them because I felt bad for the staff, as it’s nottheir fault that guests were being trashy.
Great time at Circ. The upstairs floor was a bit warmer than downstairs due to the A/C and being by the window, but it was tolerable. Food and service were great!
Great place for Sunday Brunch! Had the Hawaiian Benedict and a twisted **** Mary, it was very good.
