As of week since I posted my review, no one has contacted me! I'm very dissatisfied with the service for my daughter's wedding on June 11th. Many things that I paid for were not provided. For example, my guests weren’t offered champagne upon arrival on the boat, which was also late. Additionally, the appetizers my daughter had chosen were not served.
The wedding organizer, who was supposed to be there, had to leave with no replacement. The violinist only partially played the song as my daughter walked down the aisle. We were also supposed to have two flower pedestals at the altar, but there were none—just large plants in the aisle that made it difficult for my daughter and me to walk.

We recently held a small family reunion with guests of various ages who came from Utah and Florida. The boat staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We chose from the lunch menu, which offered a great variety of dishes that catered to everyone's tastes—plenty of delicious options. The cruise took us past iconic landmarks, including the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, the striking Vessel at Hudson Yards, and the Freedom Tower. We had a fantastic time with our family, and our out-of-town guests enjoyed a wonderful view of the beautiful New York City skyline as seen from the Hudson River.
Our school has been sailing with City Cruises for our senior class trip for years. The service, safety, and professionalism have always been top-notch.This year was no exception. In particular Antonio and Captain Mark went above and beyond, going the extra mile to accommodate our group when unforeseen circumstances arose. Thank you to the entire crew for always making our students’ experience a lifetime memory!
During the 2.5-hour journey, we spent about 45 minutes unloading passengers at Chelsea Piers and another 45 minutes drifting in the Hudson River, waiting for our dock to become available. The food was tasty, but the entire experience felt hurried.

I attended the 75th anniversary dinner for Ironia Fire Company 4, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was excellent, and the boat crew was incredibly friendly, particularly the first mate and the captains. Overall, it was a great time!
I had a fantastic experience! The staff was wonderful, and the food selection was both impressive and delicious. Our waiter, DJ, was very attentive and offered excellent service. Overall, this is a place you must try! I highly recommend it.
Just got back from a lunch cruise with a group. Everyone had a great time and the boat staff (Antonio, Angie and Krisa) were wonderful and very attentive. The food was also excellent and the views (well, it is NYC) were incomparable!
I had an amazing time on a lunch cruise with an 8th-grade middle school class. The staff was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The DJs kept the music lively, and the views were beautiful, with clear, sunny skies.

The cruise was great. But the food was not. It was dry fish and meager pickings The dessert was meager fruit cup and small cake squaresI expected better food for 165.00
Annual Hudson County Boat Ride resumed. Buffet style served from one side only; should have been from both sides of the table. Perfect weather, good music and dancing.
