I've always had a pleasant experience here until today. I got my take out order and was going to circle around the building because traffic was getting busy with cars coming in and out. It would be easier since I parked on the side of the building. Trying to go around and a person taking a break was talking to someone in a car that was blocking the way around the building. They seen me waiting and just continued talking so I gave them a couple more minutes hoping the person in the car would move up just 10 feet so I could get through. But no, so I blew my horn and asked them to move up so I could get through and the lady in the car said she wasn't moving and she worked there and she didn't h...
For 2 times in a row we’ve ordered and not gotten all of our food and sauces. First time it happened we called and “manager” was very short and abrasive, offered an in store credit then hung up. Second time and it’s not even worth calling to deal with them. We don’t live in Cartersville so it’s not like we can just go around the corner to get it corrected. It’s super frustrating to order from somewhere and pay for food that you don’t get.
Price has been raised many times , for almost 20.00 feed one person. No drink , no chips and salsa like a normal place. Also when asked bout chips and salsa. They said we don 't serve them first off anymore, you 'll need to ask for them and be charged as well so now I 'm wondering how did I not get a drink or chips but still 20.00? It 's kinda crazy tho but all in all it was a normal place
Six of us went with 3 service dogs. The manager was not happy with our dogs but finally complied with the ADA Act law. The food was good we had very good Mexican dinners. But one ordered a 20 wing platter and the wings, even after we asked if they were jumbo, were very small. the plate was not worth the amount paid.
