We absolutely love this place. We sometimes park near the bottom of this road to ride bikes or jog, and you can see the yellow umbrellas from the boardwalk. It has been on our radar for some time. Early Saturday morning, we finally made it there. The view is stunning from any of the tables. There was a 20 min wait to be right at the edge, but we took a table by the fountain and still had an amazing ocean view. The fountain is a work of modern art with water finding its way out of the twisted metal sculpture in a peaceful, yet industrial, way. Beautiful views of the ocean and Vibes. Friendly waitress. Beautiful and placides brunch/lunch menu, the most museum goers. You have your avocado toast, your salad, polnta, pancakes etc. Drinks looked pretty lighted out, and I got no. I have the lemons Ricotta pancakes with Blueberry Compot and my friend got the Polnta. Both were very good. Maybe the best Polnta I had.

Visited on a Sunday around 11am. Was expecting crowds due to the holiday weekend but we were sat immediately. Gorgeous views of Long Beach and a nice relaxing fountain! Had the avocado toast and added goat cheese an an egg and it was delish! The seasonal sangria and the strawberry basil spritz were also good! Def recommend.
