A fantastic choice for a date night! I wanted to take my date to a restaurant where we could enjoy a tasting menu in the Tysons Corner area, and Clarity had excellent reviews. I made a reservation effortlessly through OpenTable for a Tuesday evening. We ended up running a bit late because of part one of our date, but the restaurant was very accommodating, which we really appreciated. Gotta say this place is good, but not amazing, and definitely not worth the prices. The wagyu wasn 't the highest quality I 've had, and it had a gravy all over it that IMO kinda ruined it. If I 'm paying for wagyu it 's because I want to taste the beef flavor, but I guess they had to hide that as far as wagyu goes it was just OK. Everything else, service included, was good. There was nothing that tasted bad, I just think it was extremely just OK and very small portions that don 't justify the name and price of this place whatsoever. If you want more authentic fancy French dining, go across the street to the charming Cafe Rennaissance, where the owner will also treat you to a comedy routine.

Food was wonderful! We did not mind paying the higher prices but the service was subpar. Quite disappointing. We wanted to order dessert but our service was so poor we left. The food was outstanding and I highly recommend it. However, our waiter was a bit overly focused on trying to upgrade our wine selections, which felt somewhat pushy and wasn’t appreciated. Nonetheless, it was a great experience overall.
