I took my daughter and family members to clark bourbon because she went to u of Georgia to begin her master program in a few days. we were treated like royal. I couldn't have been happy as the evening went. eating was fantastic. the berry plate and the berry. omg the daughter said it was something of the best laugh she ever had, and I enjoyed my bone-in file well. can not forget some of the best gooey butter cake I ever had as well. the chief, michael, came by and spoke to us several times during the meal. a very beautiful note. our server angela was very attentive and jimmy. michael and valario (sp) saw our drink needs. we had an oregon pinot grigio that was so good that we ordered another...
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, starting with a friendly and welcoming host. Our server was both informative and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, served hot and generously portioned. We also enjoyed cocktails and appetizers. I would suggest expanding the cocktail selection—perhaps with more bourbon options—but the bartender was knowledgeable and confident in crafting a cocktail based on my preferences. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I look forward to returning to explore the dinner menu and bourbon pairings.
What an outstanding restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Clark and Bourbon. It truly was the highlight of our trip, and the service was exceptional. Our server, John, was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for making my fiancée's birthday so memorable! Anyone visiting St. Louis must stop by Clark and Bourbon; you won’t be disappointed!
I had a fantastic experience at Clark Bourbon! The food was delicious; I tried the Laughter and my fiancée had the Blacks, and both dishes were incredible. The highlight of our visit was definitely the service—everyone was super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!

wow from the knowledgeable bartender who taught me things I didn’t know about bourbon to the chef that prepared two awesome meals! I was so impressed!
The lobster dumplings were amazing as was the salmon. Save room for gooey butter cake ala mode.
Exceptional steak and lobster dumplings — atmosphere is a nice addition to The stadium.
It was an anniversary dinner and the food and service were outstanding.
