A star not even deserved in view of my first and last experience with class'croute. Order passed at 11:30, with delivery request. Reception of a confirmation email with delivery time indicated. I have never been delivered, never been warned that I will not be, and after trying to call and listen to the waiting music 5 good minutes, no one replied: I ended up giving up. So I jumped off my luncheon meal thanks to your unparalleled professionalism since I waited until the end of the delivery time slot my order, and it was too late for me to abstain from the office to go buy me to eat. We ordered in the morning for 4 people. The site is not well done, some dishes are notified delivered cold and others have no indications. Always friendly and smiling staff, but the quality of food has really fallen... Bagels are a-mangeable (devastating breads and all hard breads) and baguettes are sometimes scraped. For the supermarket okay but there for the price...
