Once again, I had a fantastic takeaway meal from this exceptional fish and chip shop! The service was friendly and the family that runs the place has been doing so for many years. The scampi was excellent, just like always. The fish cake was also delicious. I particularly enjoyed the mushy pea fritter, which was the perfect snack before watching Lore, Bronson, and The Woodsman. The food was top-notch and I highly recommend this place.

After celebrating the news that I had won 'Work Joker of the Year' for the fifth year in a row, I decided to treat myself to a delicious takeaway from this amazing restaurant. The food, including chips, scampi, and rock salmon, was consistently excellent. There is ample parking available for customers in Claygate Parade and the service was quick and friendly. The menu is diverse and caters to all tastes.

We have been coming to this fish bar for many years I can honestly say it is by far the best fish chips I’ve ever had in the 10 years or so we have been going there the standards have never dropped it is a proper friendly family run business I would recommend to anyone

Great owners, really outstanding fish chips. Enormous, succulent cod, perfectly light batter and chips cooked perfectly every single time. Haddock the size of a cricket bat and again battered perfectly, with choice fish every time. A local treasure really. Reserva una mesa ahora

The fish and chips at this restaurant are delicious. Whether you want to dine in or get takeout, this place is perfect for both options. The seating inside is basic but comfortable. The quality of the fish and chips is top-notch.

I only work in the area a couple times a week, but love to get a portion of take away chips which are are really tasty from here. Thanks to the lovely lady serving. Would recommed.

Excellent takeaway with an American mate. Rock Salmon and regular chips were excellent. American friend had a Large Plaice with chips and pickled eggs, which he very much enjoyed. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent set of early evening Cod and Chips takeaway. Service was, as always, affable and pleasant. The fish is always cooked highly decently, and the chips were excellent too.

Pleasant takeaway consisting of Veggie Burger with large chips, for early evening dinner. Takeaway was served quickly and venue is kept nicely clean. A decent meal.
