lunch was fantastic! we found another great dining place in yarmouth, this time it seemed ideal for a casual culinary experience. they had a quite extensive menu, with some really filling suppers. on another counter you can order barista style drinks, and some totally decadent style desserts. I can't expect to go back and try their most important lime or lemon tarts. Most have decided to either consistently bow in obedience to intellectually defunct requirements, or alternately have chosen to only patronize businesses that encourage public gathering, social interaction, and acceptance of all. I am of the latter. Faced with a very blunt and aggressive sign at the door, I will never visit this establishment again. Enjoy wearing masks all day and virtue signaling to people who enjoy the façade of safety For those who disagree, I hope the food is worth the muzzle. When we arrived at the busy terrace, we ordered from the kitchen side. There was also a counter serving baked goods, which we couldn't resist trying. I particularly enjoyed the pumpkin cheesecake with its delicious crust and perfectly balanced filling - not overly sweet but bursting with flavor. The back section of the restaurant is dedicated to sweets, with signs showcasing their accolades. The coffee was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant right in front of Portland.
Delightful Stop along the US 1. The terrace was busy when we showed up and ordered the people from the kitchen side. There was also another counter with baked goods, so we could try a few. I especially loved the pumpkin cheese cake with a really delicious crust and filling that was not too sweet but tasteful. There is a whole section of candy in the back, and signs around the shop show the accolades. Coffee was good and fresh, food looked good, and highly recommended as stop right in front of Portland.

The restaurant offers fantastic sandwiches and baked goods. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I tried the classic chicken salad sandwich and it was top-notch. As someone who is particular about chicken salad sandwiches, I can confidently say it was one of the best I've ever had. The flavors were perfect with just the right amount of mayo, and the bread was excellent. I highly recommend checking this place out.
We have grown to adore Clayton's Cafe and Bakery and highly recommend it to others! It's a fantastic spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, and of course, for a sweet treat when you need one. Our favorite dishes are the Clam Chowder and Whoopie Pies. A big thank you to the team for always providing a wonderful experience with a friendly smile! We can't wait to continue visiting Clayton's for years to come.
This quaint little shop is a great midway stop with some delicious food and high quality coffee. We got a peanut butter bar and peanut butter tart and they were both delightful. There was a lot of personality to the place and was an enjoyable stop between portland and acadia
Great sandwiches, chicken salad is especially good, and unique. My daughter loves the candy bar, naturally. Very friendly staff and lots of seating. They also have tons of homemade desserts.

Excellent food and so quick. Food ranges everything from standard deli sandwich to some amazing and unique wraps and sandwiches. Don't forget cookies and baked goods as well!
