Clear Springs - Reservar una mesa

I was in town to visit and decided I would give them a try. The building seems to have been a kind of old camp or train station... not really safe, but it seems to have a story behind it. I must say I was impressed and my food was really good. I had the Lil Buddy, the 3 fish strips, 3 shrimps, Cole Slaw, hush puppies, Pommes and Pinto beans. I also ordered a page of hush puppies that were disappointing... they were almost burned overcooked! I'll go back and forth when I'm in town! Oh, don't let me forget the prices... You can't go too many places and a plate like that for $16!

Onion rings are by far the best, Note Texas sizes is for like 8 people...? Had a burger and it was really good and juicy. Grilled chicken look good on another table, I have to come back. Rate 3 stars just because of the waiting time for the food and was not too busy for 30 minutes to get 2 burgers. Servers also need more attention with customers drinks. But would definitely return!

About 3 years ago Covid-19, and a last minute idea to take a ride from SulphurSprings, Tx, it was a 100% decision to try the scenic 2 hours drive to Clear Springs Restaurant in Nacogdoches, TX for their Seafood Menu. Appropriate prices for generous portions with great tasting seafood are worth the time and the car!

A very pleasant surprise we bumped into. The decor is really cool, the burger, fries and tea were good. Kiddos loved their chicken tenders and the salmon salad was okay. They have a family restroom and changing table. The restrooms ought to be cleaner.

Clear Springs in Nacogdoches, TX is one of my favorite restaurants! One of my favorite items on the menu is the crab cake!!! It is rich and flaky! Super delicious! I also really enjoy their fried oysters! Yum!
