Cliffside Diner - Reserva de mesa

Located behind the Capitol of Kentucky, this hidden diner offers incredible burgers, cheesesteaks, hot browns, beans, cornbread, and other favorite comfort foods. While they are known for their delicious burgers, we decided to try the hot brown and open face roast beef on our visit. The meal included taters, green beans, bean soup, and cornbread, and we loved every bite of it! The small diner has limited seating with booths and counter seating available. Larger groups may have trouble sitting together unless at the bar. The staff was friendly and parking is available right at the curb, although be careful as it is on a cliff. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal when in Frankfort.

would have liked to have eaten here! the reviews seemed great, and I was excited for my family and I tried a local place while I visited frankfort. it was 35 degrees outside, had my 3 young girls waiting to go (we came 1 minute before the opening), when 2 dame unlocked the door and went out that they would open in 5 minutes and went to their cars to take a smoke break. a very involuntary and friendly greeting. we left. I will never eat here and I will not recommend this facility.

When people think of a local diner, this restaurant meets their expectations. It's bustling with locals discussing the weather and such during the daytime. The waitress is incredibly friendly and funny. The cliffside cheeseburger is a must-try! Don't come here expecting a vegetarian menu, but you'll eat well and plenty of it!

the people, atmosphere, eating and workers are all together 5 stars. Although I was from the city, I was here to feel like a native, and I can't even begin to describe the food. amazing. I love this place, every next time I come to kentucky, I bring all my friends Reserva una mesa ahora

If you're seeking a local dining experience rather than fast food, this is the place for you. The pie, particularly the chocolate variety, is some of the best I've ever had.

everyone's making it hard. this diner is fantastic. good service and good food. 80% native, and we were happy to have been tourists who randomly find cliffside.

I've driven past this place many times and never stopped. We finally stopped in and were glad we did. Good food and good service. What else could you want.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And, the food is always delicious. I've never had a bad meal there. The pie is outstanding!
