Very confusing layout unsure of where to order waited at Ice cream bay only to have owner walk back to register and serve other people. Then we waited in line at counter for the owner to go serve people at the ice...cream counter. Overpriced very minimal portions (as I watched him serve only other people) Only owner working in extremely busy peak season. (Employ some local school kids for the holidays? Walked a few doors down to Batemans Bay Ice Creamery to order same desserts for cheaper (Waffles) excellent generous portion sizes VERY friendly staff. Very happy I did not stay long enough to eventually get served at Clyde Treats. I will not ever return.
Stopped for a gelato at this pretty understated place. Not much open when we got to Batemans at around The lady serving was so incredibly nice and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We just had basic double scoop gelato, but there were...many ice creams to choose from as well as some very unusual toppings. Worth a stop if you fancy a sweet break on your journey and find yourself in Batemans Bay outside of cafe hours.
Wide range of gelato. Lovely gentleman and lady in charge. Great location in town centre opposite the bay. Wheel chair friendly and open on a Sunday in winter. Asked for a mocha and declined the shots of coffee for possibly When asked about...the type of milk opted for full cream. Expecting a rich and satisfying pick me up but not to be. By far the worst tasting and watery mocha I have had in a long time.
Popped in here whilst out for a motorbike ride. Feeling the cold, it was lovely to have a warm welcome from the owner Ann and yummy warm soup for our tummies. Can totally vouch for the pea and ham and spicy lentil soups with crusty...bread. A spontaneous treat from Anna when she found it was my birthday was so kind I totally recommend popping in here for a feed and a chat.

Great place to go! We went for desert after dinner. This place is the best example of family run and owned business. You walk in and get greeted with a big smile and how are you going? We ordered ice cream and was given to...us promptly. It was delicious and some of the best I’ve had! We left full and loved the dine in experience!! Will be back!!!
We stopped here for a quick lunch however had to wait a long while for us to receive our food. Staff were very unorganised and had poor service skills. When the food finally arrived it was inedible. It was raw, the bread was stale and the pancakes tasted like fish, highly recommend not going to this place the new owners are not doing it justice.
Be sure to visit this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks! It has everything you need to satisfy your hunger, with a wide menu selection and fun Pacman/Sega/Pinball games. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with delicious food.
Enjoyed lovely hot coffee and very generous serving of ice-cream served by extremely friendly lady and gentleman. When next in Bateman's Bay there will be a re-visit.

Good choice of icecreams and many additions (sprinkles, smarties etc). Staff very nice and patient. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place for you
