Wow! This place serves pho with a touch of sophistication. They prepare their dishes with elegance and a hint of extravagance. The passion fruit lemonade and basil mint lemonade were incredibly refreshing. The chicken salad wrap starter was bursting with flavor, and the crispy salad and garnish perfectly cleansed the palate for what was to come. For our main course, we enjoyed the beef and steak pho, which featured two large ribs, as well as the oxtail and steak pho. The meat was tender and practically fell off the bone, and the broth felt like a warm hug. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend dining here!

For me, the difference between a 4-star and a 5-star restaurant is whether I would travel across city, county, or even state lines just to dine there again. CÔBA was enjoyable, and if I were downtown or near the Space Needle craving Vietnamese food, I would happily return. However, I wouldn’t go out of my way to drive across town just to eat here. That said, their Short Rib Pho was impressive; the meat was incredibly tender, and the bone simply fell away. We left feeling pleasantly full! My only minor complaint is that the mojito was a bit too strong and overshadowed the mango flavor, though a strong drink isn’t necessarily a bad thing...
This restaurant is a great spot for tasty Vietnamese food at an excellent price. Personally, I prefer fried spring rolls over crispy rolls, but the papaya salad was very delicious. The portions aren't large, but they are light and flavorful, making it a great option for a lighter meal. I highly recommend trying the Bo Kho; it’s the standout dish with a rich, flavorful beef stew. I even upgraded to zucchini noodles, which were delicious and carb-free—such a fantastic choice! The service was quick and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.
I enjoyed the food here. The grilled pork bahn mi was good, and the side of soup and fries were tasty too. I like the seasoning and sauce they give for the fries. For appetizers I got the crispy rolls and kimchi calamari. They were both okay, but next time I'd probably try something else. I think I liked the crispy rolls more than the calamari. My friend got the chicken bahn mi which she liked too. I tried the salty lemonade drink which was okay but I probably wouldn't order it again since I preferred plain water. Reserva una mesa ahora
Service was good, however, sometimes the attention was slow. The food is amazing, all the flavor combine perfectly to have an excellent experience. Vietnamese food is one of my favorites and sometimes is hard to do these food outside Asia. I went twice there while I was visiting Seattle, so yeah, the food was great!! The spring roles are huge (with one order, 4 people can eat just fine). Note: proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination is required to eat at the restaurant.
I try to come here as often as I can when I am in Seattle because the food is excellent and the serving sizes are large. It's also a healthier choice than many alternatives in the area. My go-to orders are the chicken pho (add broccoli, carrots for some vitamins) and the tofu banh mi (comes with fries that are totally unhealthy but also delicious). There's often seating and the staff are wonderful.
This place is the real deal. Cocktails interesting, ingredients FRESH and vibe immaculate. I had to get the grilled beef short rib rice plate, no cucumber sub jalapeños, and found it to be incredibly tasty. The broth complimented the meal so well too!All in all a lovely dining experience that had plenty of flavor and Viet authenticity.
One of the Vietnamese place in Seattle which won't disappoint you. They had the best chicken broth. I would really recommend everything from their pho menu. We also had the crab rangoon which was less crabby but more cheesy. The banh mi was good and had the fresh bread, easily recomend that as well. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had never tried Vietnamese cuisine before, but I was eager to explore something different, so I decided to give it a go. The food completely surpassed my expectations, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Rating: 5/5 for the food.

"Amazing 360 degree views of Seattle and beyond! Makes the Space Needle look tiny from up there, and it's also nice that they offer food and beverages up there. Worth the cost of admission and uncrowded, even on the Saturday we went."
