five stars for the local community and adaptation. we stayed here a few days ago on the way back to find a place to eat. they do not eat except Friday, fish and chips at night. well, Friday came and was worth visiting. the pub was busy ordering them a pint while it is cooked to order, take out was well presented with bags of tomato and tartaric acid sauce, salt and pepper and a segment of lemon. while we are on holiday, the locals did the same. the price was reasonable and the quality place up, but best keeps it a traditional pub viable and open.

after a long walk with the family stopped here, was a good choice to have a drink and a snack with a rest. some locals there at the bank holidays, so beautiful happy atmosphere. the personal was incredibly friendly and welcoming, had some delicious fresh roasted chips that were a scum away to finish our walk.

Stayed for B&B in annex. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was prepacked in room and basic but given the price of the room perfectly acceptable. Good for an overnight stopover. All rooms appear to be upstairs so no disabled access as far as I was aware.

beautiful rental, very friendly. beer was great, very friendly local, among them very happy boxer dog. beautiful atmosphere for a few drinks. but no eating, only bar snacks

brilliant Sunday dinner for 12 of us. very friendly and helpful staff. eating was delicious and 6 children were well maintained. excellent.
