This is probably the best pizza I apos;ve ever had. It apos;s also one of the most expensive ones I apos;ve eaten. Looking at it after you open the box, the pizza looks so pretty. The pepperoni, the cheese... even the crust on the outside underneath looks great! The spinach is juicy, but not leaking fluid. And the sausage was such a pleasant surprise!! I was worried because it looked kind of bad from the pictures on the menu (burnt, dry, too similar in shape size to the pepperoni), but the sausage was amazing. Coal Fires Pizza is good, but I expected it to be extraordinary, which left me feeling underwhelmed. The classic sauce lacked seasoning; it wasn’t tasty and actually had an unpleasant flavor. The crust is handmade and thin, which I prefer, but it also fell flat – there were no sharp edges or crispy bites. The veggie toppings were fresh, but I had a hard time finding the cheese. Overall, the pizza was just okay. One thing to note is that the bar side was much busier than the dining area. Maybe next time, I’ll give the cash side a try instead.
We absolutely love EC Coal Fire! The staff is incredibly friendly and everyone is so kind. All the young women who work there have smiles on their faces. The general manager even made our pizza, and you can really see how proud he is of his team. He treats them wonderfully, which is evident in the positive atmosphere. We're really impressed with everything they do there. We love it!
we love it here! we order to start the prosciutto balls and frits. the fries are super fresh, hot and served with vinegar when they want to add it. we make pfefferoni pizza for the children and we get sweet paprika and paprika. I had my first meatball bottom here and it was delicious!

Hands down the best mozzarella sticks! They remind me of the mozz sticks at Carrabbas and they are my absolute favorite! So good! Their pizza is also very good! I like the authentic/uniqueness of their food. Great taste and isnt like everything else out there.
that was our first time to eat here and it wasn't disappointed. the personal was fantastic and eating was untenable! pizza is not one of my eating, but it was so good that I could eat it every day! I would recommend this place to everyone
The pizza is fantastic, especially the spicy sauce. Great salads and pasta, but the wings are overcooked and dried out. As long as we stick to pizza, salad, and pasta, weve never been disappointed.

spaghetti and meatballs spaghetti was okay and the meatballs taste good. but the sauce was not very good. Pizza was great and so was the cannoli.
Best pizza in the area, hands down. Pricey but very good. The Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad was excellent!
