I made a reservation for this meal more than a week in advance and was impressed by the excellent phone manner of the staff member who handled it, making me feel confident in my booking. I called again on the day to confirm my reservation and spoke to a helpful and pleasant person named Abbie. Upon arrival at the restaurant with my sister, we were warmly greeted by Hailey. Throughout our dining experience, Hailey ensured we felt welcomed and valued as guests, providing attentive and cheerful service. Visited with my sister on a short two day break. Speaking on the phone to Abbey who was warm friendly and extremely helpful we were encouraged that our evening out would go well. When we arrived Hailey was very personable and welcoming whilst also maintaining a very professional approach ensuring that we were comfortable and catered for.Members of staff like these should be valued by their employers as they would both make any business a success with such outstanding customer service I hope that both women are duly recognised and rewarded for their efforts and once again I thank and applaud them for their professional hospitality.

I stayed at this restaurant a few years ago and had a great experience with the Table D'Hote menu. This year, I visited the area in a caravan and decided to dine at the restaurant again. While things have changed since my last visit, I found the menu to be quite varied, the service to be friendly and efficient, and overall had an enjoyable dining experience.

Absolutely fantastic location, excellent service from Reception to bar through to Restaurant. The menu had lots of different choices and claimed to be all cooked on site, i think they were. Really warm and welcoming place, not to over fussy but feels really comfortable.

We ordered chicken a la creme and Ruby chicken, beer battered onion rings and fat chips. It was all absolutely delicious wouldn't normally order things like this as we are fussy eaters but we were so glad we did. Will definitely return L.
