I have been a regular customer for a few months now, always is a pleasant experience. Staff in the coffee shop and the repair shop are both friendly and enthusiastic people, they always chat to everyone who comes in and offers a good experience. The hot chocolate is very good, usually pop in a couple times a month to treat myself and am always extremely satisfied. Dogs are also welcome into the shop which is nice to see as there’s not many shops that do allow this. The pricing of the menu is good value for what you get and have no complaints about any products. Overall a very good experience, good value for money and friendly atmosphere for all, would definitely recommend this place to anyon...
Great place. A wonderful idea to have a drink while waiting for your shoes to be repaired. Also keys can be cut. Two lovely young gentlemen run this shop. Both so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Prices are the most reasonable in the city. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
Popped in to get a set of keys cut, professional service and very friendly staff. Decided to grab a coffee to take away.... Cappuccino was superb and the hot chocolate, aside from tasting amazing, was a thing of beauty to behold!! Well done guys
these young are 5star, large milk cappuccino milkshakes and not write-off these beloved old shoes until they say they can not be repaired. plus a free box for her pre-vaccinated welpe when they visit

we go straight to the point, super. great value and customer support. I had two pair of footwear for an insole and a few boots for my wife. we definitely use it again.
Charming and peaceful coffee shop with great seating options both indoors and outdoors, a cozy retreat. First impressions were excellent and pets are welcome.
best ice cream in plymouth! frozen coffee cubes and all! hopefully they can also save my climbing shoes!
