Happy hour, $1 off all items— this means $3ish for tacos Very flavorful, I went with the carnitas taco(8/10), carne asada (favorite9/10) and a fried maiitake mushroom taco (6/10) I also ordered the horchata, (4/10) not a fav, but okay.The tacos were delish I wish it was warmer though, seemed a little cool on temperature.Very nice eat in lobby, great customer service. Would come back despite the temperature (I’d risk it for the flavors ?? ?)Overall I give this place a 8/10 (okay Keith lee, chill out) and would come back for the carne asada tacos.

We went to the Hayden ID location. They have a full bar… they didn’t have ingredients to make three normal drinks. Ginger ale, Makers Mark and cranberry… so we settled on a gin and tonic. Which they made with soda water which tasted bad. We ordered 4 tacos and chips and guac. The cost was around $55. The tacos were average at best… they seems to have been made hours before and warmed up. Sorry… not a great experience.

Cochinito has some of the best tacos in Spokane, in my opinion. All the meat and ingredients are always fresh and so flavorful. I am a picky eater, and this is one of the few places that I eat the entire taco as it comes without editing the order at all, even including things I won't normally eat. The flavors always blend really well with each other for each individual taco combination!

10/10 food and drink has pescatarian and vegetarian options. Very much joyed the Horchata cocktail so good. I had the fried mushrooms taco and the rockfish taco equally amazing.Food: 5/5

Really tasty tacos. Decent guac and chips although you have to pay again if you want a bit more guac. Nice atmosphere and very good location based on where we were staying.
