Hello Pocaburus! This time we moved to Córdoba, to a very special restaurant for us: @cocina33restaurante Located on Paseo de la Ribera :4), it has a small place where they don't have many tables inside, although they do have a terrace. Even so, it is essential to book in advance. We tasted the following dishes: Camembert and almond mazamorra, caramel, sour apple sorbet, quail egg and Cashews : 1). This almond cream stands out for its layer of caramel that covers it, creating a mixture of salty flavor with crunchy sweet. The acid touch is provided by the green apple ice cream. A good start to awaken your taste buds. Stir fried black noodles and curry aioli :2). Point of pasta al dente, very good flavor. Old gouda flamenquin, caramelized onion and smoked beef jerky. Different concept of the traditional Flamenquín. Another dish that combines sweet and salty. Iberian prey and truffle risotto. Without a doubt, one of our favorite dishes. The point of cooking of the grain was perfect, impregnated with the intense flavor of the prey and that contributed by the truffle. Aspect to highlight because it is difficult, from our experience, to find a good rice that achieves this. ️ Oxtail arepas, Cuban mojo and sweetchilli aioli : 3). Duo of arepas, which were eaten in a couple of bites with a spicy, soft touch. Juicy meat that melted in the mouth. We finished with two desserts in which cheese was once again the protagonist: a cheese cream and payoyo cheesecake . The total bill was €113.10, including a bottle of Fino Reserva. We can say that it is one of our favorite restaurants in Córdoba. They change the menu frequently, so every time we visit this place they surprise us again and we leave again with that crazy desire to return. Cocina 33 is a place that you cannot miss if you come to Córdoba. Quality food, at a good price and with excellent service. I recommend the arepas de rabo de todo although, honestly, everything on the menu is terrific. I have gone a few times to eat and it does not leave indifferent. Also, my mother is celiac and the cook prepared a special gluten-free French toast for her. They really care about the customer and you get a good dining experience.
