Today, I used the new kiosk to order my taro bubble milk tea, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Leo, DW, and Nick refused to serve me my bubble tea after I had already paid for it. As the only woman of color in the establishment with coily hair, I felt discriminated against. They insisted that I pay an additional fee to receive the drink I had ordered, which was incredibly embarrassing. I had chosen to support their business right before my physical therapy session instead of going to their competitor, Möge Tea, across the street. I appreciate the convenience of this location being right next to the 495 highway. We chose to come here since the bakery up the block was closed for Christmas. I placed my order at the kiosk but the server informed me that they were out of grass jelly, so I had to substitute it with pudding. Unfortunately, the white pearls didn't provide the texture I was hoping for. Overall, the drink was just average, and it felt like they were running low on ingredients.
The quality of the drinks here is outstanding. Once you place your order, they prepare it for you right away. Their speed in making drinks is impressive, and the customer service is excellent—essential for a bubble tea shop. I have to say, this is the best boba shop I've ever visited, and all the drinks taste fantastic. I highly recommend trying the jasmine milk tea and mango green tea!
Their drinks are amazing !! Way better than nearby competition imo . However, I found a super long hair in my drink !!! I should’ve looked inside because it got in my mouth. Not acceptable !

The berry lover is sooooo good. Staffs are chill and ready to help. There are some seats in the store, nice place to chill in here

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly. Coco is fantastic! Bubble tea here is a must-try for life!
