We having been looking for a good, authentic Asian restaurant in the Pau area for a while.WE FOUND IT!The food here is fresh and very tasty. The menu offers a good range of vietnamese dishes at a good price. They offer a great lunch menu at 11 euros for starter, main, dessert and coffee. On the day we went this menu was ;- -Starter - Nems -Main - Chicken and vegetable stir fry with rice -Dessert - Chocolate cake All the dishes were very well cooked and seasoned and all plates were completely empty on their way back to the kitchen.We loved our lunch here and will definitely be returning!(the service was a little slow and I would advise making a reservation)
We like Asian food and had already tried several Vietnamese restaurants in and around Pau. This one was the best. The atmosphere in the restaurant is tranquil and pleasant, the service very friendly, albeit quite slow (so take your time) and the chef is a great cook. We very much enjoyed the food; the dishes were authentic, with crunchy, fresh greens and herbs. Absolutely wonderful. The daily menu is a steal at €11 for starter, main, dessert and coffee. We will certainly return, regularly.Note: you might want to reserve ahead.
I have been 2-3 times to this address with my family during my regular stays in Pau and it has become one of the places I like to visit for a simple meal. The Vietnamese food is good and authentic, in particular the Pho Bo (beef noodles) is fragrant and tasty. There are also done special dishes every day and formula to choose from. The staff from this family-owned restaurant is extremely friendly and will provide good advice if requested.
I went to the restaurant after reading the review on TripAdvisor website. the restaurant was cosy and it has a beautiful garden at the back of the restaurant. I had dimsum and Phong bo (beef noodle). both of the meals were tasty and brilliantly cooked. the owners were very friendly. I would highly recommend people who come to Pau to go and enjoy the food here.
