I was really disappointed, especially since this place is always so busy and has good reviews! Unfortunately, the food area with the cakes and sandwiches had two flies buzzing around it. I was also looking forward to a great hot chocolate, but it was terrible—the cream tasted artificial, and the chocolate itself had no flavor. After just a few sips, we left the drinks behind and are doubtful we'll come back.
Excellent drinks Just beware their tables are incredibly uneven. They put 2 tables together and one side is always at a different level. Meaning when you try to move the very tall hot glass mugs your drink is in, it can catch on the lip and easily fall. Pouring hot drink everywhere. The staff just got tissues to mop the tables, little concern about bodily pain or soiled clothes or even a refill. Be warned!!
This is my favorite coffee spot in Bluewater. The staff, especially the manager, are incredibly friendly. The delightful aroma of chocolate and coffee is fantastic. The coffee is always served to perfection. I definitely recommend stopping by here!
