The cheeseburger was so overcooked and not even chewable and the bun was burnt. The sandwich had pieces of meat which looked like beef jerky. The salad was good and fresh, a typical salad with a meal. I had ordered a coffee which came fairly quickly and my lunch partner decided a coffee was needed for her as well. I visited the restaurant on a Monday afternoon and found parking to be very convenient and close to the entrance, which was perfect for my aunt who uses a walker. The restaurant seemed quite empty, so after a brief wait, we were seated without any issues and they were accommodating with the walker. The breakfast served for lunch was absolutely delightful—one of the best scrambles I've had in a long time at a restaurant. Our server was friendly, kept our drinks topped off, and fulfilled our requests promptly. Overall, there was nothing negative about this visit. Great job!
There on a Monday afternoon. Parking was very easy and close to the front, which used for my aunt who used a walker. The Restraunt didn't look busy, so after a very short wait we were sitting without problems and were accommodated with the walker. Breakfast for lunch was absolutely fantastic. One of the best ulcers I had for a long time from a restaurant. Our server was pleasant and kept our drinks filled and got everything we might have asked in time. Overall there was nothing negative about this visit at all. Great work!!!

I hadn't visited this place in years and was really disappointed. The burger was just okay, and the sweet potato fries were not good at all—there were only about 15 fries on my plate. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and it’s easy to see why. They seem to be struggling with business. I probably won’t give it another try. As we're older and on a budget, dining out is a big deal for us, and I wish we had spent our money elsewhere.
This review primarily concerns the management. Our club has been meeting there once a month for the past couple of years. Last week, when we arrived, we found that they had booked another party in the room we typically use for our meetings. There were no apologies offered, and we had to hold our meeting in the main area instead. The staff, however, is very hardworking and always does their best. The food is decent.

After my disappointing experience at Black Bear Diner on Madison, we headed over to Coco's, and what a remarkable difference! The staff was extremely friendly and made sure I had a great time.
