Coffee #1 - Reserva de mesa

I really can't emphasize how great this place is. Aside from all their food and drink being delicious (especially the matcha! , it's got a great atmosphere and is clean enough for a germaphobe like me to feel comfortable eating there. But what really makes it so amazing is the staff: every single one of them is polite, professional, timely and beyond friendly. The customer service is excellent, from the trainees up to the management, and it really makes me look forward to my daily drink. I've seen them deal with belligerent people and go above and beyond for me and others countless times; I can say that, without a doubt, you won't get better service anywhere else. Everyone there is brilliant...

Would I go here again for a coffee? Probably not the staff where disinterested and didn’t even let us know that our drinks where ready to be collected 3 of us came in, one of our group had to wait outside as there was a swarm of wasps (at least 10 of them) hovering around in the store and another swarm of flies around the air conditioning unit made us feel very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to get our drinks and get out of there before we got attacked

Popped in twice for coffee and cake while visiting Cardigan great coffee both times.Cakes have been really good too, with a nice selection to choose from. Did manage to find a seat indoors even during Covid restrictions they’re are doing a great jo not keeping everything clean and hygienic.

Wouldn't go to any other place for my morning coffee! Great coffee made just how I like it. Lovely friendly staff and the service is great. The hairy Australian Manager is great with customers and is really attentive to their needs. He also makes a BONZA Cappuccino!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely place for Coffee and Cake but the Sandwiches were awful, watery tasteless chicken and more rocket than NASA. Staff were very disinterested and gave impression they wanted to be elsewhere. However, Cappuccino Cake was stunning and made visit worthwhile.

2 of us popped in for coffee and cake this afternoon. We each had a piece of carrot cake, there were only 3 pieces left on the tray which probably should have put us off, how long had they been out etc

Friendly staff, nice food and drink and comfy seats, what more could you ask for. The maple sauce flapjack I had was delicious (and I am quite the expert on flapjacks having eaten several hundred!!

Great coffee, fantastically polite staff. Staff were sooo busy but still smiled and apologised for short wait. Whole place is clean tidy and well managed.
