Entré un sábado por la mañana, esperando tomar un excelente café, pero para mi sorpresa, mi espresso no era muy diferente al que se obtiene en otros lugares. ¿Una cafetería especializada que sirve una mezcla de Arábica y Robusta? En lo que a mí respecta ... cualquier Robusta que agregue a un grano de Arábica fino no mejora el café. Nunca entenderé por qué seguimos viendo esto. No se puede hacer al gusto. Debe deberse únicamente al costo, ya que los granos de café Robusta son significativamente más baratos que el Arábica. Finalmente, tenía un muffin de arándanos claramente no casero.
