Today, my party of four arrived around 1:20 PM and were informed of a 45-minute wait for our meals. After an hour, we had to inquire about our order. Three of our dishes were finally brought out, only to be told that the fourth dish was no longer available. Waiting an hour only to receive part of our order is completely unacceptable. I can’t help but wonder what’s going wrong. Is the menu too large and varied for the kitchen to handle? Is there a lack of organization in processing orders?
