Coffee at CoffeeFellows is usually quite good, but service often really bad (see the ones near Main Station Munich or Frankfurt). This one is really nicely set, very clean and the service personnel really attentive. An example to be followed by other subsidiaries....

We were very unpleasant served by the staff. I almost looked like we were a burden to them. I really hope they'll try better next time.

We were there for a coffee between shopping. The staff was super unfriendly and rude. Can't recommend at all. Coffee is medium.
