Having been out for a long walk in the rain popped in here as we like to try independent coffee shops around Chelmsford instead of the usual Costa and Cafe Nero . Plenty of choice and a lovely greeting . I had a cappuccino with hazelnut, my husband Americano . Regular size in a great big mug and it was perfect . Decided to have a croissant as well and this was warmed up for me. Drinks were bought to the table . A lovely coffee shop and I’ll certainly return , not too pricey either . If you happen to be catching a train from the station there is also a screen giving the times of the trains.
I stopped for a quick bite en route to a meeting and, as this was opposite the station, it was perfect. They have a choice of hot snacks, cakes and drinks so I choose a toastie and mint tea. The service was friendly and quick. For a simple toastie, which was really great value as a meal deal, was delicious! I was so surprised that it was so tasty! A nice spot to sit and do some work too. Would definitely return.
I cannot fault this place. I am a lover of coffee and quite fussy I suppose especially with my flat whites...I know how they are meant to be. The drinks are perfect and the service is very friendly and extremely efficient. It is extremely clean inside. A special mention to their flat whites. Highly recommended. Also, extremely good value for money. All round better than other more 'well known ' coffee shops ;
I have visited this restaurant several times now, and I must say I am impressed by the excellent service they provide. The staff members are very friendly and engaging, showing a genuine interest in me and my experiences. This creates a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the coffee they serve is of high quality. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal or grabbing a coffee on your way to work.

I absolutely love this place! I always stop in after my training session in the gym up the road, and it's a little haven away from all the city noise. No loud music, so it's nice and peaceful, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I always find a warm welcome here when I step through the doors, and the coffee is GREAT!
I have several different take away drinks from here. They are always made with care so can sometimes be a little bit slow by some people’s standards. The staff have always been polite and capable
This cafe does the best chai latte I’ve ever had! The staff are always so friendly and polite and the cafe itself is really nice
