This coffee shop is truly the best I have ever been to! The coffee is delicious and the staff are always friendly, smiling, and pleasant to talk to. Steff, the manager, is a joy to be around, always laughing and smiling. I work from coffee shops five days a week, and I always choose this one because the coffee is consistently great-tasting. The atmosphere is lovely, and the shop is always well-maintained and clean. The staff are welcoming and always make time for a chat, and they go above and beyond with their level of service.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and the coffee is consistently delicious. The young female manager always greets guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, creating a fun and lively atmosphere that is rare to find. The team does a fantastic job of remembering their regular customers, which adds a personal touch to the experience. I will definitely be returning soon for more of their excellent coffee and service!
Amazingly busy for a Thursday morning, so very noisy, but that's the price for popularity. Coffee and tea quite agreeable, as was a mature lady waiter who came to our table with extras milk within a few seconds of being asked. Staff were under pressure, but despite a rather strange at counter ordering service seemed to be up to the task. Management please sort the toilet out. It is untidy, and really needs a serious makeover.

What more do you want from a coffee shop I always visit coffee 1 in Keynsham with my dog The staff in Keynsham branch are so hard working, professional,friendly, positive and unbeat all the time. Credit to your company!!! I also just love the fact I can have coffee and my dog is welcome also. Well done coffee 1 for accepting doggies

I love the coffee and the majority of the staff are lovely, however the young female manager is rude and moody. She seems to pick and choose who she is friendly with and her attitude is bad. The other staff could not be more helpful and the coffee is great but this does put me off going.
My friend ordered a caramel milkshake. It came as a glass of milk with a squirt of caramel syrup! My order of an iced honeycomb frappe was also a glass of milk but I had ice cubes, a hint of coffee and a two squirts of honeycomb syrup. We were very unimpressed!!!!!
10.30am and no tea cakes left.....ordered toast waited 15 mins to be told toaster broke...my coffee was warm by then...croissant brunt....Keynsham Festival on....Good Luck
I frequent this restaurant often. Steph and the team provide excellent service, always with a smile even during busy times, and the coffee is consistently perfect.

Super busy and felt for the girls who were working. Customer service was great and coffee was very pretty. Will go again. Lovely atmosphere.
