Today service was diabolically slow. Two young staff members behind the counter. One was “training” the other on the job. It was midday Monday 4th March and very busy. The girls were having all kinds of problems so one asked a colleague (on her break) to help… she just sat laughing and watched !! Very uncomfortable to see such behaviour. Appalled at the lack of team work. Thankfully the coffee and cakes were good.
Me and my sister come to coffee one weekly for our coffee date and always receive brilliant service. Staff are always friendly especially Tamika and we've always found serve time is fast. My only complaint would be the head office decision to remove the spicy bean wrap as that was the reason we started coming here : but in store staff and service at kidderminster are fabulous
We were really looking forward to coming in, the drinks were great but the staff were very inconsiderate. Nobody could have a conversation due to cups and saucers being banged around constantly. Now I understand why it was the only place with hardly any customers in.
Although part of a chain, each branch of Coffee#1 has its own charm, and this one is spacious and airy, with soe interesting industrial 'quirks '. The whole chain has to be congratulated for serving coffee in real mugs, rather then the paper apologies some chains... Reserva una mesa ahora
