This used to be my favourite coffee shop in town but has really gone down hill. I met a friend there for coffee, the staff were miserable especially the male worker. When serving my coffee he spilt it on the saucer but wasn’t bothered and didn’t apologise, it was like he didn’t want to be there. At one point it sounded like he was unloading the dishwasher and was doing it so noisily my friend and I couldn’t even hear each other speak. We had gone in for a quiet coffee at what used to be a nice coffee shop but the experience was anything but pleasurable. I won’t be returning there.
Absolutely terrible service. we ordered 2 items, a cheese and tomato toastie and a packet of crisps, Total rip off. £4.90 for a toastie. I will say £1.10 isn't terrible for crisps but still not expecting to pay that in a cafe. The woman was that slow putting 2 items through the till i couldn't tell you. I was getting fed up it took 10 minutes to put 2 items through the till. Then we sat down and i had my crisps but then they heated the toastie. She didn't want it heated as it has already been toasted. Absolutely appalling. Won't be back
Great coffeeshop but service was disappointing. Had to wait in line for 10 minutes while two of the girls struggled to keep up and two other staff, one male one girl were just standing around not helping or doing anything. It was uncomfortable to watch. However, great coffee and the girls did really well despite the circumstances
Whilst visiting the UK I was looking for a good cafe and this place is amazing. The venue is large inside and quaint along with an outdoor seating area. The drinks and food tasted great especially the Freak Frappe. The staff was also incredibly friendly.

We love the coffee shop but consistently there are tables that need clearing and the staff do not seem bothered to do this even when they have time to do so!
visited twice during the holiday in the opposite. I loved your Ceylon mix tea. excellent cake too. decent prices, nice more cozy place to visit. Thank you!
a really noble coffee place. hip, cool, great ambiente. beautiful looking cake, although I didn't try it. coffee without complain. will be back!
dog-friendly. not the best coffee, but I command something stupid. beautiful baked! the personal is incredibly courteous and helpful

I am a regular. Staff are all lovely and the coffee is great. I bring my dog and she is happy and has made lots of friends there.
Very nice place for a relaxing coffee. Very comfortable place with nice staff. We are regulars so would recommend.
