very bad experience! we rented the cellar and I had my graduation party here, served very rude for all my guests, each single guest complained about it! the half of the buffet was cold! owners did not allow to have a vegetarian option in the buffet, also tho I told him I am way forward, I have gassed that no type of eating! when we included the arrangements that he mentioned wein, beer and some other options of drinks were included in the payment that in the round any hard liquor should be bought at the cash, but at the end of the night he has calculated us an additional $2,000 for drinks!? it was unhappy! never to rent or to celebrate with friends and family! you will tear up and get bad se...
this is my favorite restaurant in newark, maybe quite new jersey. I had leitao in nyc, spanish, portugal and puerto rico, and this is the best. the service is great and it is not difficult to feel as they are actually in portugal (especially if Portuguese are dressing or football on the numerous tvs. nb, don't count on getting leitao on weekdays, but all the other dishes I had are also great.
Bad service, super aggressive attendant, doesn't have the patience to deal with new customers. Food did not represent authentic Portuguese food and drinks hots. We never go back in this place.
Terrible service. The person who served us was super rude, didn't know how to explain about the food and all the drinks were hot. And we don't like the food and bad experience.
