Cold Rock Ice Creamery Pakenham

I come here 4 times a week for ice cream! ‍Sure, it does cost me $60 a week to come here, but the ice cream is delicious . I always order a large, with 5 mix ins. I think to truly enjoy cold rock, you need to dig deep and get a larger cup with multiple flavours and mix ins to make it taste nice.I had some issues in the past, but the business owner has shown that he is willing to move past the problem and we can both enjoy our interactions as customer and owner. I would rate 5 out of 5 stars but the only thing that sometimes happens is the difference in the amount of ice cream each time. I order 5 mix ins, and as a result, sometimes I get less ice cream than what I should, and the cup appears...

I came in to order an Ice Cream and was greeted by the manager verbally abusing and swearing at staff in front of customers. From what I could tell the staff had done nothing wrong and stayed professional (Unlike the bloke running it). Mind you these are youngsters working here. This was during lockdown and the manager also wasn't wearing a mask, nor could I find somewhere to sign my name. The Ice Cream is average. You're better off going to Augustus Gelatery or getting Ice Cream at Coles.Apparently I'm not the only person who feels this way about the management, according to other reviews. I suggest you don't support this place but it's up to you. I guess it's a good treat for the kids.

Charged $47 by ubereats for a 1 litre takeaway tub of ice cream. Paid for 5 serves of the same mix in, and tasted zero mix ins. This is a genius way to rip people off, seriously. Please don't suggest I write to your customer service, instead, aim to be a reputable company. Farken hell, never again.

The guy at the front is rude. Needs to know what Customer service is. Looking at other reviews and same experience. The mix-ins were not proper and seemed like a total rip-off. Other branches are better but this one definitely not recommended. Never again. Reserva una mesa ahora

The ice cream was 40 dollars and it was mouldy guy refused to give a refund and it also was tiny go here if you want to get ripped off Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The ice cream was delicious, and the wafer cones were quite good. The service was friendly as well. Thank you! The cost per person was between A$1 and A$20.

On a 34°C night, I found this place closed before 9 PM, even though their posted hours say they’re open until 10 PM. Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5
