Absolutely filthy. The men’s bathroom has urine all over the floor. Would not use the toilet. The floors are dirty no hot water. The hall ceiling is leaking had buckets in middle of floor to catch the water. Light fixtures were open. The deck is covered in mildew and mold. Tables are splintered and filthy. No protection from wind and rain. The heater was bought and installed by one of the customers. I would like to see the health department take a look and get their opinion. I would shut the place down until it is throughly clean and suitable for customers. Shame on the owner for allowing this to happen and for not caring more about his or hers establishment. We ate here last night we have always left just a few dollars on a card and then have left a 20-25$ on the table cash where they tax their tips we don’t leave much on a card. I had gotten up to use the restroom and the waitress was talking to another employee in the hall about a tip complaining about it and talking crap about the customer I paid no mind to it until I came back and my husband had said she came over and asked my husband about her tip and had smart comments over it While I was in the bathroom. Mind you she was still gonna get a tip even tho we waited a hour on food because they had dropped our food in the floor. First time here and will never go back
Overall okay experience, I order the gyro platter. The others in my party ordered a burger with onion rings and one beef taco. We were served our drinks promptly. My food was out in about ten minutes along with the onion rings. It was about another ten minutes before the burger and taco showed up. The burger was overdone, the taco had no complaints. My gyro meat was over cooked, but good tzatziki sauce was very good. The salad was flavorful, but not the freshest. The hummus was a bit soupy. The pita was good though.
I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!

Seems like a bar that a divorced dad would go to to cry into a bottle of budweiser on a Monday night. I ordered wings, since it's a wing joint. They pulled wings from the convenience store cooler and put them in a basket to serve to me at the restaurant. Ice cold and old. The second attempt at food was just as foul and looked like something from a lunchable. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time on the incorrect hours posted on the door.
The food was terrible. Burger was so dry it was choking me. My boneless wings were so overcooked that the chicken disappeared and all the was left was a ball of hard crunchy seasoning. Took us 45 minutes to get our food and about the same to get our check after I asked for it. Won't be going back!

Takes why to long to get your food and it's never right . Very sad and poor service before you eat and while eating. They never check to see if you need refills or anything. Don't eat here unless you want to wait an hour for a burned burger that has everything you didn't ask for .
