Vanna, I hope you come across this! You are such a delightful person and provide outstanding customer service! Thank you from all of us and our kids. We wish you great success in everything you do. Management, you’ve got a gem here, and I hope you recognize her talent. She performed her role with excellence and kindness. This place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely return whenever we’re in town, not only because of the cleanliness and the great variety of flavors (the kids absolutely loved the seasonal Boo Batter), but also because of Vanna, who truly shines in her role!

I came in for a cone. I made my decisions. I observed and realized that older, left, below the last batch is placed on new batches of ice. When the server pulled out my cone, I noticed she removed a soda cracker. I asked about it and was told that it would prevent moisture and keep it crispy. I paid, went and started to enjoy the ice. every piece of it had this ?stale deep cooler odour? that we all hate and the cone was probably made during the last world war. for my $8-9.00, whatever it was, I should have given it back. on the head. on the counter. never again.

came here on Saturday for Mom's son date night. Coldstone has many great taste options and mix-ins to choose from. My son chose the chocolate veneration and I had mixed a silk chocolate with Brownie and Carmel. Both were delicious! I'm so glad Coldstone has milk-free options available. They had the silk chocolate and strawberry sorbet. It's my first time I tried coldstone ice cream and didn't disappoint.

I was craving ice cream during the busy hours, so the next day I decided to try Cold Stone Creamery. The young woman there was very friendly, making it a top choice for me when I'm exploring the city. I ordered a cup of simply vanilla and dark chocolate with marshmallows. The workers are so so kind, however, out of the last 5 times I?ve ordered ONE ice cream (one flavor, one topping), it?s been wrong 4 of those times. I?m not one to make poor reviews, but it?s pretty disappointing to wait 2 hours and $15 out for something I didn?t order. I?ll be happy to come back and change my review if my orders start coming correctly.

I had wanted ice cream: in the wee hours: so, the next day, I hit Cold Stone Creamery. The young woman, was very nice: which, is on 'top ' of my list, when, going about town. Simply got vanilla and dark chocolate, with, marshmallows in a cup. Seemed clean and cool inside: alas: must watch my waistline: but 'was a treat '??

Absolutely fantastic! The selection and service were excellent, and there was plenty of parking available. I appreciated that the staff wore masks. (We even spotted someone chatting with the sunlight in the background.) Thank you, Cold Stone, for emphasizing simple hygiene practices. This is definitely my go-to spot!

Why have I never been here? Five stars! Unbelievable ice cream, wide range of mix-ins and really delicious combinations! Try the coffee Mud Pie! The staff was very friendly and helpful, place was very clean, very good overall experience! Stop. Ice cream!
