I have been visiting this location for 30 years. I always brought our 6 kids for their birthday treats. I had gotten great service. The clerk always took my printed coupon with no problems. Today I visited for my birthday coupon. My coupon said to just print it and bring it in. As I arrived I gave the clerk my coupon up front. She told me to punch in my number. I don't have a number, mine is an email. I signed up 20-25 yrs ago. She said well we have a new system. Meanwhile another gal is making the big cups. I feel sorry for the few others who have had bad experiences here. Whenever I have been to this ice cream place, my experience has nothing lesser to being pleasant. We have had our birthday cakes ordered out of here and they have always given the best of it. The ice cream cake is a treat for people of all ages. I have always found that they have a standard set of ice creams to offer, which don?t get rotated. But the flavors are very creamy true to its brand name. I apologize to those who have had negative experiences here. Personally, every time I've visited this ice rink, it has been a delightful experience. We ordered our birthday cakes from here, and they have always been excellent. The ice cream cake is a real treat for people of all ages. I’ve always found that they offer a standard selection of ice creams that are consistent and well-made. The flavors are very creamy and true to their brand. Very bad service. The young black girl there is super impatient and not friendly. I was there with my little one, for the first time Cold Stone Store experience for her. Not busy, just us and our friend. My little girl and I talked about what to choose, and maybe the black girls didn't hear asking, so the black girl gave me the cream without a blow or mix. I was surprised and wondered if it was? And she said with a blow. I was like it wasn't the Cold Stone ice cream style... The experience in the Hopkins Store is just so bad. 8/2022 is honestly my manmine 1. Here, in this ice shop, and we're in our 40's! I have the brownie, vanilla ice cream and caramel chocolate drops. My husband got the oreo ice cream with cookies of golden biscuits and regular ore. TIP: For two SMALLS IT WAS $15.XX. You just have to buy a little thing.

The store is clean and petite. However the customer service is at a minimal. The sizes were not labeled and the clerk's were in the back almost 80 percent of the time.
